Nashville, Tenn., Aug. 29 -- The State of Tennessee Department Of Environment and Conservation (32701-25-416) for A Commercial Off-The-Shelf State Certification and Training Program Management System. Description: The State is seeking to contract for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution via this RFP and thereby requests proposals from qualified vendors for an enterprise-wide Certification and Training Management Solution (CTMS). The CTMS must be highly automated, configurable, and able to seamlessly integrate with existing state systems and databases.
