The Legislative Affairs Agency (Agency) is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to renovate the parking garage at the Alaska State Capitol in Juneau, Alaska. This project consists of structural repairs, drainage repairs, surface removal, resurfacing, and repainting of the upper parking deck.
