PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Agriculture is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to design and deliver a grain drying and storage system. The Alaska Plant Materials Center (PMC) is in need of a grain drying and storage system for its foundation level small grain production such as barley, oats, wheat, and rye.
