Juneau, Alaska, Feb. 24 -- The State of Alaska has issued the following notice on Feb. 23.
This project will construct an artificial marine reef “Reef” in Resurrection Bay, Seward, Alaska. The Reef in the shallow water, above El. -80.0, in the city owned tidelands, south of the downtown area and adjacent to the Alaska SeaLife Center.
