Congresswoman Victoria Spartz (IN-05) was named Legislator of the Year by the Indiana Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA) at its annual conference in Muncie.
The award recognizes Spartz's health care policy leadership and continued work to improve access to affordable, high-quality care, as well as her ongoing engagement with Indiana's community health centers.
