LAS VEGAS -A 19-year-old southern California man pleaded guilty today to importation and possession with intent to distribute more than 70 pounds of ketamine that was discovered in his luggage.

According to court documents, on or about September 29, 2025, Nehemiah Bayonne arrived at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, from London, England. After deboarding the airplane, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer referred Bayonne to Customs for a baggage inspection.
