The University of South Alabama continues to earn recognition for its commitment to
our nation's military members and their families. South ranked second as a Military
Friendly School and first as a Military Spouse Friendly School among the 139 Tier
2 research institutions.
South has received the Military Friendly Schools award for creating meaningful education
paths for the military community.
