NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 2 -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued the following news release:
DAVIDSON COUNTY-An investigation by special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation into allegations of rape and sexual battery has resulted in the indictment and arrest of aFlorida man.
In June of 2025, the TBI began investigating allegations of sexual misconduct involving Robert Bailey (DOB 11/4/1971). During the course of the investigation, agents gathered information indicating that between September 24th, 2024 and April 28th, 2025, Bailey sexually assaulted two patients while he was employed as a social worker for Centennial Medical Center.
