SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: PRIVACY ACT OF 1974; SYSTEM OF RECORDS

WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 -- Social Security Administration has issued a notice called: Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 8 by Matthew Ramsey, Head of Privacy and Disclosure, Law and Policy.

Summary: In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, we are issuing public notice of our intent to modify an existing system of records entitled, Hearings and Appeals Case Control System (60-0009), last published on October 13, 1982. This notice publishes details of the modified system as set forth under the caption, SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.
