Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) joined his colleagues in sending a bicameral, bipartisan letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio urging the administration to extend non-profit libraries' participation Passport Acceptance Program through the end of the calendar year. An extension of libraries' participation in the program would allow Congress to work toward a permanent solution and advance the Community Passport Services Access Act, bipartisan and bicameral legislation for which Rep. Smucker is an original co-sponsor.
