Today, U.S. Representatives Lloyd Smucker (R-PA), a senior member of the Committee on Ways and Means and Vice Chair of the Budget Committee, and Mike Kelly (R-PA), Chairman of the Ways & Means Subcommittee on Tax, sent a letter to Pennsylvania State Senate Majority Leader Joe Pittman (R-41) calling on Pennsylvania state lawmakers to use this year's state budget process to align Pennsylvania's state tax code with pro-growth, pro-jobs, pro-investment policies included in the Working Families Tax Cuts last year.
