SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: PRIVACY ACT OF 1974; SYSTEM OF RECORDS

WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 -- Small Business Administration has issued a notice called: Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records.
