SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: PRESIDENTIAL DECLARATION OF A MAJOR DISASTER FOR THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA

WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- Small Business Administration has issued a notice called: Presidential Declaration of a Major Disaster for the State of West Virginia.
