KEARNEY, Neb., June 8 -- The University of Nebraska Kearney issued the following news release:

KEARNEY - Six University of Nebraska at Kearney students are spending the summer conducting biomedical research through the Nebraska Institutional Development Award Networks of Biomedical Research Excellence (NE-INBRE) program.

The students are among a select group of undergraduates from across Nebraska chosen for the competitive research program, which provides hands-on laboratory experience and mentorship from leading scientists.
