SIOUX FALLS - United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced today thatChief JudgeRoberto A. Lange, U.S. District Court has sentenced a Sioux Falls, South Dakota man convicted of Bank Fraud. The sentencing took place on March 18, 2026.
Brandon Phillips, 32, was sentenced tosix months in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, restitution,and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
Brandon Phillips was indicted for Bank Fraud by a federal grand jury in June 2025. He pleaded guilty on December 15, 2025.
