U.S. Senators Jon Ossoff and Reverend Raphael Warnock, alongside Congresswoman Lucy McBath (GA-06), are delivering resources to upgrade drinking water infrastructure in East Point.
Sens. Ossoff and Rev. Warnock and Rep. McBath brought Republicans and Democrats in Congress together to deliver Federal funding for the City of East Point to install PFAS removal filters to existing drinking water pipes, helping improve drinking water quality for families.
Sens. Ossoff and Rev. Warnock and Rep. McBath are delivering $1,250,000 for the project through bipartisan government funding legislation that became law on January 23.
