United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Jamie McDonald, announced todaythe unsealing of an Indictment charging JESUS LUIS MORELL, a senior executive at HEICO Corporation ("HEICO"), with three counts of securities fraud stemming from multiple instances of insider trading based on misappropriated financial information belonging to his employer. MORELLwas presented today before U.S. District Judge Jared M. Strauss in the Southern District of Florida.
