Today, U.S. Senator Susan Collins attended the grand opening of Millinocket Regional Hospital's new emergency department where she delivered remarks and toured the facility with hospital staff. Since 2022, Senator Collins has secured nearly $13.4 million (https://www.collins.senate.gov/services/funding-maines-future) in Congressionally Directed Spending to help construct and equip Millinocket Regional Hospital's new emergency department, which will double the number of rooms available to patients.
