Senators Adam Schiff and John Curtis introduced the Senate companion to the bipartisan Small Business Administration IT Modernization Reporting Act of 2025, led by Reps. Gil Cisneros (CA-31) and Brian Jack (GA-03). The House unanimously passed the bill in December. This legislation will enhance the SBA's ability to develop, implement, and manage future IT modernization projects.
