U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff is working with Republicans and Democrats to reduce Georgia's health care worker shortage.
Sen. Ossoff recently cosponsored the bipartisan States Handling Access to Reciprocity for Employment (SHARE) Act of 2025 to help reduce Georgia's shortage of health care workers.
The bipartisan bill, led by Sens. Peter Welch (D-VT) and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), would simplify the existing multistate license application process that often hinders the hiring of health care professionals during critical national shortages.
