WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Sen. Jon Ossoff issued the following press release:
U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff is delivering resources to help kids safely get to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Lanier.
Sen. Ossoff brought Republicans and Democrats together to deliver Federal funding to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Lanier, which they plan to use to purchase two vans for transportation to and from their programming so students can receive tutoring, mentoring, and other academic and enrichment support.
Sen. Ossoff is delivering $190,000 for the project through bipartisan government funding legislation that became law on February 3.
