U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) - chairman of the Commerce Subcommittee on Aviation, Space and Innovation - today announced he will hold a hearing to review the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) air traffic control (ATC) modernization plan, focusing on the progress of the new ATC system following the selection of Peraton as the Prime Integrator, which will function as the project manager. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 17th, at 2:30 p.m. ET.
