WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a rule called: Technical Amendments to Form X-17A-5 Part IIA.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 25 by Stephanie J. Fouse, Assistant Secretary.

Summary: The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting technical amendments to Form X-17A-5 ("FOCUS Report") Part IIA under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act").
