SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ISSUES RULE: TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO COMMISSION FORMS

WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a rule called: Technical Amendments to Commission Forms.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 11 by J. Matthew DeLesDernier, Deputy Secretary.

Summary: The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") is adopting technical amendments to various forms under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") to correct the address for the principal office of the Commission.
