WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a rule called: Modernization of Delegations of Authority to Commission Staff.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 20 by Vanessa A. Countryman, Secretary.
Summary: The Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") is amending its rules delegating authority to the Commission's staff to further modernize these rules, to better reflect the way the Commission conducts its business, and to more efficiently use the Commission's resources.
