Summary: The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") is adopting final amendments to certain of its rules and forms under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") to reflect the requirements of the Holding Foreign Insiders Accountable Act ("HFIA Act").
