WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC; Notice of Filing of Amendment No. 1 and Order Granting Accelerated Approval of a Proposed Rule Change, as Modified by Amendment No. 1, To Amend the Application of the Minimum Bid Price Rule in Situations Where a Security Does Not Maintain a Closing Bid Price of Greater Than $0.10 for Ten Consecutive Business Days.
