WASHINGTON, July 6 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Texas Stock Exchange LLC; Notice of Filing of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend a Continued Listing Standard Relating to Beneficial Holders Applicable to ETF Shares Listed on the Exchange Under Rule 17.104(b)(2)(B).
