WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; NYSE American LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Facilitate the Transfer and Trading of Options That Overlie the MSCI EAFE Index and the MSCI Emerging Markets Index.
