WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; National Securities Clearing Corporation; Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change Concerning New Transaction Reporting Capability for Members That Maintain Clearing Relationships With Another Member.
