WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; National Securities Clearing Corporation; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of Proposed Rule Change To Make Corrections, Clarifications and Certain Other Changes to the NSCC Rules.
