WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; CME Securities Clearing Inc.; Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change To Amend the CMESC Risk Management Framework ("RMF") Related to CMESC's Default Management Practices.
