WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc.; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend the Franklin Crypto Index ETF, Shares of Which Were Approved To List and Trade on the Exchange Pursuant to BZX Rule 14.11(e)(4).
