WASHINGTON, June 1 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc.; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend its Fee Schedule to Clarify That Requests for Mid-Month Subscriptions and Ad-Hoc Historical Requests for Open-Close Data Will be Prorated.
