WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; 24X National Exchange LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of Proposed Rule Change To Amend 24X Rule 8.1(d) To Clarify Certain Disciplinary Functions by FINRA's Office of Disciplinary Affairs.
