Today, U.S. Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO) celebrated the City of St. Louis receiving $2.9 million in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funding to continue disaster case management services for residents impacted by the May 16, 2025, EF3 tornado that devastated the St. Louis region. Senator Schmitt worked closely with the Trump Administration, Mayor Spencer, and Governor Kehoe to help secure the funding, which will support dedicated Disaster Case Managers through 2027 as they assist eligible residents in accessing available resources and navigating the complexities of disaster recovery programs.
