RURAL HOUSING SERVICE ISSUES RULE: RESCINDING 30-DAY NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO EVICTION BASED ON NONPAYMENT OF RENT IN MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING DIRECT PROPERTIES

WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 -- Rural Housing Service has issued a rule called: Rescinding 30-Day Notification Requirements Related to Eviction Based on Nonpayment of Rent in Multi-Family Housing Direct Properties.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 25 by George Kelly, Administrator, Rural Housing Service, USDA Rural Development.
