WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rural Business-Cooperative Service has issued a rule called: Revisions to the Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical, and Biobased Product Manufacturing Assistance Loan Program.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 9 by Victoria Collin, Acting Administrator, Rural Business Cooperative Service.

Summary: The Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical, and Biobased Product Manufacturing Program (also referred to as the Section 9003 program) provides loan guarantees up to $250 million to assist in the development, construction, and retrofitting of new and emerging technologies.
