U.S. Senator Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) today joined Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Representative Chip Roy (R-Texas) in sponsoring the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act. This legislation aims to make certain that only United States citizens are participating in federal elections by requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration.
