U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) joined her Senate colleagues in a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution to overturn the Trump Administration's new extreme rule ending abortion counseling and reproductive care for veterans, including victims of rape, incest, or when the life of the mother is at risk.
