Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) called on the Trump Administration to overturn a new VA rule (https://taskandpurpose.com/military-life/veterans-disability-rating-federal-rule-change/) that affects how the Department of Veterans Affairs determines disability compensation, which could result in decreased benefits for disabled veterans. The rule will require the VA to determine disability ratings based on veterans' improvement with medication, rather than on their underlying conditions.
