This legislation extends the U.S. Postal Service's authority to issue the Breast Cancer Research semipostal stamp for an additional 10 years, ensuring continued voluntary funding for breast cancer research. A companion bill has been introduced in the U.S. Senate by Senator Ashley Moody (R-FL) and Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV).
