Today, Representatives Chip Roy (R-TX) and Tom Tiffany (R-WI) sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum pressing for answers over whether China is exploiting U.S. birthright citizenship and visa-less immigration programs in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands-a U.S. territory-to secure long-term influence inside the United States.
