REP. VANNATTER JOINS LOCAL LEADERS FOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT GROUNDBREAKING IN CARROLL COUNTY

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Aug. 19 -- The Indiana House of Representatives' Republican Caucus issued the following news release:

STATEHOUSE (Aug. 19, 2026)- State Rep. Heath VanNatter (R-Kokomo) recently joined local leaders in Carroll County to break ground on Carriage Estates, a nearly $29 million investment in Flora supported by a $2.5 million READI 2.0 allocation.

VanNatter said the project will expand local housing capacity through a new infrastructure buildout and site development of a 28-lot subdivision, including construction of eight energy-efficient single-family homes.
