U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13) released the following statement after once again voting in favor of a war powers resolution to remove U.S. forces from hostilities in Iran that have not been authorized by Congress. The resolution did not pass the House.
As tensions remain high, diplomatic efforts have stalled, casualties continue to rise, and concerns are mounting over the lack of a clear strategy from the administration.
