WASHINGTON, DC - Flock itself admits their cameras can pick up on personal characteristics, including car decals and bumper stickers, allowing an individual's identity to be linked to a license plate and their last captured location. Without clear restrictions, automated license plate readers (ALPRs), including Flock Cameras, risk turning local communities into an extension of federal government surveillance.
