At an award ceremony held at the Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health (RWJBH) Medical Center in Toms River, NJ, Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) announced the winners of his 2026 Congressional Art Competition, which drew submissions from 60 high school students across New Jersey's Fourth Congressional District.
"Thank you to all the students participating in the art show. Your commitment, discipline and creative talent have produced impressive works of art, that over the past several weeks, have been marveled at and enjoyed by thousands of people-including patients, doctors, nurses, hospital staff and visitors," Smith told guests at Friday's reception.
