This month, U.S. Representative Hillary Scholten (D-MI-03), member of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, introduced the Roadway Resiliency Act. The legislation would establish an interagency working group to study and improve nationwide best practices for roadway management in inclement weather.
