U.S. Representative Hillary Scholten (D-MI-03) announced the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District (MAISD) will receive $750,000 in federal support through the Community Project Funding (CPF) process. The funding will be used to purchase advanced manufacturing training equipment for high school students and adult learners. Congresswoman Scholten spoke in Muskegon last month to celebrate the funding.
