United States Representatives Jimmy Panetta (CA-19), Darin LaHood (IL-16), Blake Moore (UT-01), and Tom Suozzi (NY-03) introduced the First-Time Homebuyer Affordability Act, bipartisan legislation to expand access to low-interest mortgages for first-time, low- to medium-income homebuyers.

"Too many working families and first-time homebuyers are locked out of homeownership by high mortgage rates and rising housing costs," said Rep. Panetta.
